How To Cook It
Bring liquid to a boil, stir in blend, reduce to a low simmer and cover. Cook 30 to 35 minutes until tender. Drain any excess liquid, fluff with a fork and let rest five minutes before serving. Cooks faster than straight wild rice — check at 30 minutes. Goes well with wild game, chicken, soups, and cast iron everything.
