Soup Grade Wild Rice & Pancake Mix Combo – Bundle
The ultimate northern soup night bundle. Soup Grade Minnesota Wild Rice and our Wild Rice Pancake Mix together in one order — everything you need to make a pot of rich, hearty wild rice soup and wake up the next morning to a stack of wild rice pancakes. Two meals. One bundle. All north.
Soup Grade wild rice is made for the pot. Slightly smaller and broken compared to Grade A, it absorbs broth deeply, thickens naturally, and disappears into a bowl of soup the way wild rice is supposed to. Pair it with our pancake mix that leads with wild rice flour as its very first ingredient and you have got two northern classics covered from dinner to breakfast.
Every bag is stocked and bagged in house by hand. Not in a warehouse across the country — right here. Every single bag.

How To Cook The Rice
Soup Grade shines in liquid. Add directly to soups or stews without pre-cooking and let it absorb the broth as it simmers. Or cook separately — bring 3 cups water or broth to a boil, add 1 cup rice, reduce to low simmer, cover and cook 45 to 55 minutes until tender. It will thicken and soften beautifully into any dish.
How To Make The Pancakes & Waffles
Mix 1½ cups of mix with 2 eggs, 1½ to 2 cups milk and 1 tablespoon oil or melted butter. Add 2 tablespoons sugar if desired. Do not over beat. For pancakes — pour onto hot pan and flip when bubbles break. For waffles — spray preheated iron and pour mix on. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.
